In 1982 Stürmer Maschinen was founded by Kilian Stürmer as a wholesale company for machinery with agencies and is one of today's leading suppliers of German machinery retailers. The group of companies currently employs approx. 280 people at its sites in Hallstadt and Pettstadt. The following companies belong to our group in Hallstadt:

The label Stürmer stands for courage and optimism. These qualities ​​have allowed us to grow into a successful and efficient company that successfully supplies metalworking, woodworking, compressed air and welding technology as well as cleaning and workshop equipment to more than 20 European and more than 40 non-European countries. We do not rest on our laurels, though, and will continue to face the changing times. The fact that this concept works is shown not least by the award for "Bavaria's Best 50", given by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology in July 2016. The award honors the most dynamic owner-managed medium-sized companies in Bavaria for their sales and employee development as well as sustainable, successful corporate development.
